We can offer you many levels of finishes from the basic, to high-end exotic finishes comprised of durable high performance 2-part solvent based systems to GREENGUARD Indoor Air Quality® low VOC water based systems for your valuable commercial built on/off site cabinetry and mill work. One fact is constant, we will give you the professional finish that will enhance your craftsmanship and please your customers. Many times completing projects in the evenings, overnight or on the weekend is necessary when doing on-site finishing. L & R understands how disruptive on-site finishing can be to other trades and is in the position to offer flexible scheduling.

Options available when looking to remodel your cabinetry
1. Cabinet refacing
A process in which the cabinet doors, drawers and hardware are removed and a thin veneer of wood is applied to the remaining cabinet gables and faceframes. New doors are then ordered in a matching species. This is the most expensive and usually only used with an extensive remodel and high end cabinetry. The main advantage is the opportunity to change species of wood and door style for almost endless possibilities.
2. Cabinet Refinishing
Having your cabinets professionally refinished is the most inexpensive way of giving your cabinets a whole new and exciting look. This process involves either pigmented solid colours or staining the cabinets and can last many years, more than likely longer than the finish you currently have. With this option you can choose a custom color for your cabinets and get the exact look you’re looking for. Having other woodwork stained or painted to match the kitchen or bathroom cabinetry is a great way to give the whole house a new and updated look.
3. Cabinet Refresh
This is a very simple and very inexpensive way of updating your cabinets. A refresh simply involves a lightening or a darkening of your existing cabinetry colors. Think of it as “toning” the color you have now. This would also be an excellent opportunity to change hardware positions if so desired, such as replacing the door and drawer pulls and knobs.
